Very Good

Great pool area and rooms were lovely!

Just down the road from the hotel was like Oktoberfest all day all night, it was quite intimidating to walk past to get to the beach/bus stop to get to palma. Food was nice but not a high variety

Nice hotel

The stuff from reception was veery nice and very helpfull!! Food was amazing, beside breakfast where the same things were served in every day (like the cold meat which could have been changed from time to time). Wifi was sometimes good sometimes bad :(. But the overall experience was really nice

This is lovely hotel - felt really at home

The room was stunning - lovely shower comfy clean bed and lovely plunge pool outside - an absolute treat - really lovely to have your own space - food was good and plentiful whatever time of the day - staff were excellent and nothing too much trouble - the spices restaurant is great if you love spicy food

I really like this hotel - the clients are mainly German but no issue for us - the all inclusive is good for soft drinks and coffees etc. You are permitted three alcoholic drinks when you are sat in the restaurant for lunch and dinner which was fine - other drinks are cheap and can be added to the room - there is a very lively large bar area but you cannot hear it from the hotel

Nice, well Maintained property. Excellent bk selection.

Nosy pools. Inability to even get near swim up bar. Wine served with dinner very poor. All Inclusive is not the proper category given the limits on drinks. Recognize need to Limit drinks etc however could be given in form Of tickets to allow to Use to Purchase a couple of drinks if not a wine drinker. Having to leave deposit for towels??? Extremely expensive parking!

When i arrived at the hotel and passed the passports at the reception they told me that they don't have a free room for me despite the fact that i booked a room 3 months before my arrival via booking and it vas CONFIRMED. The reservation also was confirmed via direct e-mail from my side to the hotels too. At the reception they told me that they will relocate me to their next hotel Riu Bravo and asked me if i would like a taxi?? I mean yeah sure ... I was insisting to speak with the manager but the people at the reception kept giving lame excuses. So i called a number from the official web site and they redirected me several times until I've connected with some agency from USA, apparently in charge of the management, but unfortunately they didn't have a solution to this problem. On top of that either at the both hotels or on the calls earlier the people wouldn't want to offer something for the inconveniency. I don't know what would have happened if there wasn't another room at Riu Bravo, i guess my vacation would have been ruined. I would not recommend this hotel since they can cause inconvenience and they can not do something about it.

What was the highlight of Hotel Riu Playa Park

It’s a nice hotel for a family stay with the beach close enough, but in a not so nice neighbourhood.

The breakfast was nice, a good enough selection of food in general. The lunch and the dinner also had a good selection of food with various types of salads, as well as hot food and deserts. The hotel was clean and the staff was always friendly and pleasant. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed every day as well.

The street that serves as access from the hotel to the beach is partially occupied by a very busy “German” bar where a lot of people during the whole day, drink and have loud music playing. We end up choosing another street, a side one, in order to avoid, with 5 year old child, to pass by that street everyday on our way to the beach and back. If we could leave a suggestion, it would be really nice if an access could be created using the gate that is located close to the small stage where the performances are held and the kids paint and play, to allow the ones who wish so, to use that main road in order to get to the beach.

Relaxing stay, really enjoyed it.

Hotel was clean throughout with daily housekeeping in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the restaurant staff and cleaners. My birthday came during my stay and they were kind enough to leave me a box of chocolates, which was really nice, thank you. The food was great with lots of variety to choose from at every meal.

Only thing was the air conditioning which was not as cool as we would have wanted, but was told this is the norm until the summer months. But not a big issue as there was a ceiling fan and plenty of breeze when we left the balcony door open.

Enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Comfortable beds, spacious room and the balcony view. The staff members provided excellent customer service, we were early on check in time (3pm) we arrived around 12pm served with a glass of juice and was surprised that we were able to check in straightaway! Also the receptionist let us borrowed a towel without a deposit which we really appreciated. The housekeepers cleaned our room spotless and gave us fresh towels. The food was delicious and diverse food options. Bus stops are just few minutes away. Overall we have a pleasant stay.

Although it did not bother us much but the surrounding area is quite noisy. It’s near a beer garden both side of the road. We have to divert our walk to the bus stop because there’s a lot of drunk people outside. But you can’t hear it from the hotel. Just to warn if you’re not into noisy and busy surroundings this might not be suitable for you.

A good time near Palma

We had a great time, everything was as spot on. Delicious food, very clean, wonderful staff. It's good that the hotel is a little further from the beach and bars, it's quiet. Public transport right outside the hotel for easy access to Palma.

Something happened to us that never happened at any other hotel, we were at the pool, we went to change so we can grab a byte for lunch. After lunch we didn't go back to the pool and we forgot the towels and a beach gown. We went to grab them at 6PM and... nothing, the lounges were empty, all of them. The reception told us they were not in lost and found but maybe the lifeguard has them. We asked and waited for two days... nothing. This is not a cheap hotel, guests will not steal a 15 euro towel or an old beach gown so someone threw them away. Not saying it was the staff but there were no towels on any lounges so hey... I'm guessing they misplaced them. I don't care about the towels but that beach gown was my wife's favorite so yea, that was bad, we never felt the same way again, leaving phones or watches or basically everything of value in the room. I'm not deducting points for this because it might have been a drunk teen or something but it was definitely disturbing.

Exceptional

Very nice and clean hotel also meal was great. The hotel is not far from very nice beach. We had to walk through one very busy street to get to the beach but we didn’t hear any noise from the street during the night.
